दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय मे छात्र संघ चुनाव 3 सितम्बर को होंगे. विभिन्न छात्र संगठनों की ओर से 41 छात्र मैदान मे हैं. एक ओर पुराने प्रतिद्वंद्वी NSUI और ABVP हैं तो दूसरी ओर SFI , AISF , और INSO . किसी के पास जाति और संगठन की ताकत है तो किसी के पास घिसे पिटे मुद्दे. ग्लैमर का रंग अब फीका हो गया है पर जाति और पैसे का बोलबाला जारी है. वोट दिलाने की भूमिका में अब पुराने दादा टाइप छात्र नेता नहीं बल्कि चतुर और कुशल मैनेजर सामने आ गए हैं. यूथ मैनेजरों के दम पर चलने वाले इस चुनाव मे जीत उसी की होगी जो ज्यादा से ज्यादा छात्रों के बीच कनेक्शन बिठाने का दमखम रखता हो.
कभी जुझारू नेताओं और शख्स के नाम पर पहचान बनाने वाला डूसू ( DUSU ) अब सिर्फ नाम का रह गया है. उसके शानदार और मजबूत भवन को कुछ समय पहले नेस्तनाबूद कर दिया गया. बिन भवन वाले डूसू के मंच पर इस बार अध्यक्ष पद पर ABVP ने जीतेन्द्र चौधरी को खड़ा किया है. जीतेन्द्र ने डूसू चुनाव लड़ने के लिए बौद्ध अध्ययन विभाग में ऍम ए में दाखिला लिया है. NSUI के हरीश चौधरी का भी यही हाल है. हरीश ने अरविंदो कॉलेज सांध्य में दाखिला लिया है. दोनों अध्यक्ष पद उम्मीदवार हमारी गुर्जर बिरादरी से हैं. लोहे को लोहा ही काटेगा वाली तर्ज़ पर दोनों बड़े संगठनों ने दिल्ली में दमखम रखने वाली गुर्जर बिरादरी को आमने सामने ला खड़ा किया है. इनके मुकाबले को रोचक बनाने के लिए अन्य संगठनों के 8 और उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं.
उपाध्यक्ष पद पर NSUI ने जहाँ वर्धन चौधरी को उतारा वहीँ ABVP ने प्रीया डबास को. सचिव पद पर ABVP ने जाट बिरादरी की छात्रा नीतू डबास को उतारा तो NSUI ने उसी बिरादरी से दीपिका देशवाल को. आखिरी संयुक्त सचिव के पायदान पर ABVP ने गढ़वाली पंडित के रूप मे सौरभ उनियाल को उतारा तो NSUI ने आरक्षित कोटे से अक्षय कुमार को खड़ा किया है. इन सब के बीच INSO ने तीन पदों पर जाट और एक पद पर गुर्जर उम्मीदवार को उतार कर छात्रों के जातिगत वोट बैंक में सेंध लगा दी है.
डूसू का मंच आम छात्रों का कैरिअर बनाने में उतना मददगार भले ही साबित ना हुआ हो पर यहाँ प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले छात्र नेताओं ने अपना कैरिअर खूब चमकाया है. इस लिहाज से देखें तो भाजपा नेता अरुण जेटली हों या विजय गोयल. कांग्रेस सांसद अजय माकन हों या कांग्रेस के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सुभाष चोपड़ा. ये सभी एक समय में डूसू के अध्यक्ष रहे हैं. इनके अलावा भाजपा के मौजूदा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विजेंद्र गुप्ता भी एक समय डूसू के उपाध्यक्ष रहे हैं. इन नेताओं के अलावा सांसदों, विधायकों, और पार्षदों की लिस्ट काफी लम्बी है जो इस मंच से आने के बाद क्षेत्रीय और राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में अपना कैरिअर चमकाते रहे हैं.
इन सब के बीच एक बात तो लगभग तय है कि इस बार चाहे ABVP जीते या NSUI , डूसू अध्यक्ष तो गुर्जर ही होगा. इन दो दलों के अलावा किसी और दल का उम्मीदवार अध्यक्ष पद जीते ऐसी उम्मीद बहुत कम है. मै अभी से कह सकता हूँ कि लगातार दो सालों तक गुर्जर छात्रों का डूसू के अध्यक्ष पद पर काबिज़ रहना, आने वाले समय में गुर्जर समुदाय के लिए एक शुभ संकेत है.

Social/Community Service In Its Truest Form..!!
Today I am going to introduce you to a young Gurjar guy doing a very big commendable job for his community and the society as well.
This is Mr. Chintamani Kapasia. A native of village Jaunth, Mr.Kapasia is employed with Central Govt. for the last 12 yrs.
Since his employement, he found that no other gurjar youth of his village could get a govt. job. Instead, the youth was more or less engaged in alcoholic addiction and other anti society activities. So Mr. Kapasia decided to coach his village youth for physical ability tests and competitive examinations.
At first he created a youth club and with the permission of his village authorities, he started his one of its kind school. As no rooms and other facilities were available, this school was opened in a ground under tents.
Mr. Kapasia would come to his village every Friday night and the next two days ie; Saturdays & Sundays are dedicated to his selfless mission. All this for free. Mr. Kapasia do not charge a single paisa from any body for his services.
Around two months ago when a student of Mr. Kapasia, Rinku got selected in Central Reserve Police Force ( C.R.P.F. ) people from nearby villages were also impressed by this laudable job of Mr. Kapasia. Now he has 28 students in his class.
Mr. Kapasia is prepairing his students for U.P. police, Delhi police, paramiltary, army, raiways and banking entrance examinations. Mr. Tridiv Kapasia, brother of Mr. Chintamani Kapasia is supporting his mission by training the youths for physical tests.
This confident mission of Mr. Kapasia has changed the lives of the youth of his area.
I wish every village or block in India should have such motivated hardworkers like Mr. Chintamani Kapasia, who are doing self less social service in its truest form.

गुर्जरों के साथ अन्याय क्यों..??

"भारतीय इतिहास मे गुर्जरों की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण रही है. आज से लगभग हज़ार वर्ष पहले गुर्जर प्रतिहार नामक एक बड़े प्रतापी राजवंश ने उत्तर भारत के बहुत बड़े भू भाग पर अपना साम्राज्य स्थापित किया था. आज जो प्रांत गुजरात के नाम से जाना जाता है उसका नाम यही सूचित करता है कि गुर्जरों का नाम इस क्षेत्र के साथ घनिष्ठ रूप से जुडा रहा है.
इसे एक बहुत बड़ी विडम्बना ही कहा जा सकता है कि गुर्जर शब्द के अपभ्रंश गुज्जर के बदलने के साथ साथ इस स्वाभिमानी समुदाय की प्रतिष्ठा और सामाजिक स्थिति में भी दुखदायक बदलाव हुआ है.
पिछले वर्ष जब राजस्थान में आरक्षण के मुद्दे को ले कर गुर्जर-मीणा संघर्ष का विस्फोट हुआ था तब लोगों को अचानक यह बात याद आई कि गुर्जरों के साथ कितना अन्याय अब तक होता रहा है. उस वक़्त जो आश्वासन दे कर गुर्जरों के गुस्से को ठण्डा किया गया था उन्हें पूरा करने की बात आज किसी को याद नहीं रह गयी है.
गुर्जरों के साथ छल कपट नया नहीं है. औपनिवेशक काल में अंग्रेज़ अफसरों से सुनी सुनाई बातों के आधार पर और गुर्जरों के साथ स्वार्थ के टकराव के कारण दूसरी जातियों के आरोपों को सच मान कर उन्हें जरायम पेशा प्रवृति वाला मान लिया गया. गुर्जर जो पहले ही वंचित और अभावग्रस्त थे, इस पूरे दौर में शिक्षा और सरकारी नौकरियों के लाभ से वंचित ही रह गए. आज किसी भी कसौटी को अपनाएं बहुसंख्यक देहाती गुर्जरों को पिछड़े वर्ग में ही शामिल किया जा सकता है. झगडे कि असली जड़ यही है कि आज भले ही पिछड़े वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण कि व्यवस्था सरकार ने कर दी हो, वास्तव में इसका कोई लाभ गुर्जरों को या उन जैसे दूसरे समुदायों को कतई नहीं हो सकता.
राजस्थान की ही बात करें तो गुर्जरों से कहीं कम पिछड़े और वास्तव में अगड़े और तगड़े मीणाओं का शुमार अनुसूचित जनजातियों में किया जाता है और इसका भरपूर लाभ वे पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी अब तक उठाते रहे हैं. टकराव का असली कारण मीणाओं का अपने राजनैतिक एकाधिकार में किसी भी दखलांदाजी स्वीकार ना करने कि मानसिकता है. पिछले दो ढाई वर्ष में संसद और विधान सभा के निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों का पुनर्परिसिमन हुआ है जिसके कारण अनुसूचित जातियों और जनजातियों के लिए निर्धारित सीटें विस्थापित हुई हैं. इसका सीधा नुक्सान गुर्जरों को होता नज़र आ रहा है. गुर्जर बहुल इलाके वाली सीट अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए आरक्षित करने का लाभ मीणा ही उठा सकते हैं और अब तक अपने इलाके और लोगों का समर्थ प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले गुर्जर नेताओं को हाशिये पर रख दिया जायेगा.
कभी अपने यशस्वी पिता राजेश पाईलट कि विरासत सँभालने वाले सचिन पाईलट को लोक सभा में पहुंचने के लिए अंततः अजमेर शरीफ कि राह तलाश करनी पड़ी. यह बात याद रखने लायक है कि तेजस्वी और प्रतिभाशाली करिश्माई व्यक्तित्व वाले सचिन पाईलट के लिए ऐसा करना संभव था पर हर किसी से यह उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती.
आज से कई बरस पहले जब चौधरी चरण सिंह ने गैर कांग्रेस वाद के आरंभिक दौर में 'अजगर' वाला फ़ॉर्मूला ईजाद किया था. तब यह समझाया गया था कि अहीर, जाट, गुर्जर, राजपूत आदि सभी जातियों की बराबर की हिस्सेदारी इस संयुक्त मोर्चे में रहेगी. पर बहुत जल्दी यह बात साफ़ हो गयी कि चौधराहट चलेगी सिर्फ जाटों की ही. चौधरी चरण सिंह खुद कुछ समय के लिए भारत के प्रधानमन्त्री भी बन गए पर गुर्जरों के कल्याण के लिए उन्होंने ख़ास कुछ किया हो याद नहीं पड़ता.
यहाँ इस बात का उल्लेख करना बेहद जरुरी है कि जहाँ तक गुर्जर नेताओं का सवाल है उन्होंने कभी भी जातिवाद को भुनाने की चेष्टा नहीं की. राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सबसे कद्दावर हैसियत वाले राजेश के नाम के साथ वायु सेना में उनकी नौकरी और देश सेवा सूचित करने वाला 'पाईलट' नाम लगा था और इसे ही सचिन भी इस्तेमाल करते हैं.
यह बात भी याद रखने लायक है की गुर्जरों ने निश्छल, निष्कपट भाव से दिए गए आश्वासनों पर हमेशा ही यकीन किया है और लगन के साथ सेना या सरकार की नौकरी की है. राजस्थान में राजनैतिक रस्साकश ज्यादातर राजपूतों और जाटों के बीच ही चलती रही है. हरियाणा के जाटों के दबदबे को चुनौती देने का जिगरा गुर्जरों से कहीं अधिक संख्या वाले अहीर - यादवों तक को नहीं हो सकता. उत्तर प्रदेश और दिल्ली में गुर्जर समुदाय छितराया हुआ है और कहीं भी एक ऐसे वोट बैंक के रूप में नहीं जिसकी चिंता किसी बड़े नेता को हो. यही दुर्भाग्य गुर्जरों की प्रगति में सबसे बड़ी बाधा है.
अंत में एक बात साफ़ करने की जरुरत है. इन पंक्तियों का लेखक सैद्धांतिक रूप से जन्म या जाति के आधार पर अनियतकाल तक आरक्षण का विरोधी है और यह भी मानता है की राजनैतिक मौका परस्ती में आरक्षण का दायरा निरंतर बढाया जाना राष्ट्र हित में नहीं. मगर इस बारे में लेखक के मन में लेशमात्र भी संदेह नहीं की गुर्जरों की लडाई न्याय की लड़ाई है. यदि गुर्जर अपने को अनुसूचित जाति में शामिल किये जाने की मांग कर रहे हैं तो इसके तर्कसंगत और जायज कारण हैं.
आज अगर कर्नल बैंसला जैसे सेना के अवकाश प्राप्त वरिष्ठ अफसर को खाकी वर्दी उतार पारम्परिक धोती पहन, पगड़ी सम्भालकर रेल की पटरी या राजमार्ग पर धरना देने बैठने को मजबूर होना पड़ता है तो यह हम सभी के लिए शर्म और चिंता की बात है. गुर्जरों के साथ न्याय किया जाना चाहिए और जबतक हमारा सविंधान आरक्षण की व्यवस्था लागू रखता है तब तक गुर्जर समुदाय को अनुसूचित जाति का दर्जा दिया जाना चाहिए. इस मामले में दोहरे मानदंड या पाखण्ड को स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता.'

Communication Gap.
As my earlier post say," Illiteracy is the root cause of all devils in our community"
I would further like to pen down that, Dowry, Honour Killing, Same Gotra Marriage, Mis - Match Marriage, Generation Gap, Superstitions, Ego etc. are the branches of this tree called devil.
And Communication Gap is its stem..!!
Its not that illiterate people do not have moral values. Infact our fore fathers who were mainly illiterate, had highest moral & social values..!! So what went wrong and where..??
I believe the answer is that, we are not open to discuss our personal matters with our parents and vice versa. Or in simple words - COMMUNICATION GAP. Here the first duty is of the parents to ease the atmosphere at home.
I have heard," when your shoe fits in your son's foot, treat him like your friend."
Perfect..!!
But, I go beyond this. Why wait for the shoe to fit in our children's feet? Being a father of a 13 yrs old son & 10 yrs old daughter, I am very easy & friendly with my kids. I want to be their best friend. I want them to discuss every problem directly with me. I want to know their likes & dislikes. I want to be there when they need me most. And I am successful..!!
I have observed that when we give liberty to our children ( ofcourse to a deserving limit ), our children become more sensible and sincere. They do not need to hide and lie to their parents.
A child who fears of being scolded and beaten by his parents have all the possibilities of doing wrong. And on the contrary, a child who is friend to his parents will never go or do wrong for the fear of his loyality, faith and sincerety towards his parents.
A single person can bring change in his family only. But he can not do much for his community. Even 2-4-10 of us also can not make much difference. But 20 - 40 - and 100's of us can make a big difference. A big positive difference..!!
First need of the hour is to educate ourselves instead of educating others. It does not matter we are literate or not. A good understanding with our children plus faith and confidence on them plus a healthy conversation in between can never spoil our children and the community as well.
I would further like to pen down that, Dowry, Honour Killing, Same Gotra Marriage, Mis - Match Marriage, Generation Gap, Superstitions, Ego etc. are the branches of this tree called devil.
And Communication Gap is its stem..!!
Its not that illiterate people do not have moral values. Infact our fore fathers who were mainly illiterate, had highest moral & social values..!! So what went wrong and where..??
I believe the answer is that, we are not open to discuss our personal matters with our parents and vice versa. Or in simple words - COMMUNICATION GAP. Here the first duty is of the parents to ease the atmosphere at home.
I have heard," when your shoe fits in your son's foot, treat him like your friend."
Perfect..!!
But, I go beyond this. Why wait for the shoe to fit in our children's feet? Being a father of a 13 yrs old son & 10 yrs old daughter, I am very easy & friendly with my kids. I want to be their best friend. I want them to discuss every problem directly with me. I want to know their likes & dislikes. I want to be there when they need me most. And I am successful..!!
I have observed that when we give liberty to our children ( ofcourse to a deserving limit ), our children become more sensible and sincere. They do not need to hide and lie to their parents.
A child who fears of being scolded and beaten by his parents have all the possibilities of doing wrong. And on the contrary, a child who is friend to his parents will never go or do wrong for the fear of his loyality, faith and sincerety towards his parents.

Medical check-up before marriage......... How important it is.
Too much has been said & discussed on intercast marriage, same gotra marriage, kundalini milaan before marriage etc.
I have never heard anyone talking on medical check-up of the boy and girl before their marriage, specially in context of possibility of transfer of genes. If medical check-up be done before marriage, the possibility of Thalassemia, Haemophilia, Celiac or Hemoglobinopathy will be known to us. Henceforth, the prevention can be done.
Aids and other hereditary diseases can be prevented by just a simple blood test of the couple before their marriage. After a certain period of time it becomes impossible to cure hereditary diseases. So its better to avoid marriage of a couple who have presence of a same gene. Many problems can be avoided by just checking the RH factor of the couple. The children of the couple where girl is RH negative and boy is RH positive, are found with big ailments.
The only solution to prevent /stop diseases like Thalassemia is medical check-up of the couple before their marriage. Actually, there are 23 pairs or 46 chromosomes in one body. If one gene is defected/abnormal, then the other genes of the couple cover this problem. This gene is called as regressive and the patient is called as silent carrier. If both the husband and wife are silent cariers, there is a 25% possibility of Thalassemia in their child.

HONOUR KILLING ( 2 )
मै अपने सभी readers और contributors का धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने अपना समय निकाल कर इस ब्लॉग को पढ़ा और यहाँ अपने विचार शेयर किये.
मेरी हमारे समाज के हर तबके के लोगों से ऑनर किल्लिंग के इस चर्चित विषय पर बात हुई है. यकीन करें 80% लोगों ने इसको बिलकुल गलत बताया. अभी भी 20% हमारे गुर्जर भाई हैं जिन्हें यह सब सही लग रहा है. और इनमे वोह पढ़े लिखे लोग भी हैं जो अपने जीवन में कोई उपलब्धि हासिल नहीं कर सके. Frustrated और confused मानसिकता वाले लोग..!!
गुर्जर खून चाहे हमारे देश का हो या पाकिस्तान या किसी अन्य विदेशी मुल्क का - इस खून की रिवायत है जोश मे आना - सदीयों से है. गुर्जर एक genuine martial race है. जोश मे आना लाज़मी है. उन तीन लड़कों ने जोश मे ही कुछ गलत कर दिया ये बात एक तरफ है. दूसरी तरफ ये बात है की 20% लोग उनका समर्थन क्यों कर रहे हैं?
मेरा मानना है कि क्योंकि गुर्जर जो कि गुंडागर्दी, बदमाशी, माफिया, क़त्ल और अपहरण के लिए मशहूर रहा है - ये 20% लोग वो हैं जो बेचारे न 3 के रहे न 13 के..!! मतलब अपने जन्म से जवानी तक इन्होने गुर्जर को एक माफिया के रूप मे ही देखा, गुर्जर dons को ये लोग अपना आदर्श मानने लगे. लेकिन इनके माता पिता के अच्छे सन्सकारों ने इन्हें शिक्षा की ओर बढ़ा दिया. आज ये लोग शिक्षित तो हैं पर confused भी. आज ये अपनी उस दबी वेदना पर किसी दूसरे बिरादरी भाई के कृत्यों का मलहम लगा रहे हैं.
मै इस तरह के समाज सुधारकों से कहना चाहूँगा कि क्रप्या एक बार दस मिनट के लिए अपनी आँखें बंद कर के चिंतन करें और खुद के साथ न्याय करें.
आज आप pride & honour की बात कर रहे हैं - मै भी इन तीनों लड़कों का मुरीद हो जाता अगर ये अपनी बहनों को मारने के बाद अपने प्राइड - ओनर के लिए खुद को भी गोली मार देते तो..!!
अनिल गुर्जर ने बिलकुल सही लिखा है कि ये ऑनर किल्लिंग के समर्थक एक भी ऐसा वाकया बता दें जहाँ इनका ऑनर क़त्ल करने के बाद वापिस आ गया हो?
मैने अखबार मे पढ़ा था कि उन तीनों लड़कों में से एक सरकारी गवाह बन गया है. अगर ये सच है तो इसका मतलब किल्लिंग से ज्यादा ऑनर अब सरकारी गवाह बनने में है..!! सरकारी गवाह बनने के बाद अब वोह कैसे justify करेगा ऑनर किल्लिंग को??
कल के अखबार "हिन्दुस्तान" में एक सर्वे आया था जिसमे पूरे देश के सभी धर्म जाति के लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया. 90% लोगों ने माना कि कानून में संशोधन किया जाए ताकि ओनर किल्लिंग के मामलों में सख्त से सख्त सजा मिल सके.
और आज के अखबार में एक बहुत ही अच्छी खबर आई है - title है -" नोएडा की पंचायत मे ओनर किल्लिंग का विरोध" इसमें लिखा है की नोएडा के मोरना गाँव की पंचायत में बुजुर्गों और युवाओं ने ऑनर किल्लिंग को गलत ठहराया. पंचायत की अध्यक्षता मोरना गाँव के ही बुजुर्ग श्री रतन सिंह ने की. बच्चों को समझाना है पर जीवन नहीं मिटाना है... ये स्लोगन उन हत्याओं को रोकने का सन्देश था जो ऑनर किल्लिंग के नाम पर की जा रही हैं.
सब कुछ साफ़ है समाज में बदलाव आ रहा है. चाहे युवा हों या बुजुर्ग, हर कोई हत्याओं के खिलाफ हैं- कुछ मुट्ठी भर confused लोगों को छोड़ कर..!! ये pride और honour की बात करने वाले हमारे भाई जाने अनजाने में गुर्जर समाज का अहित कर रहे हैं. बड़ी मुश्किल से हमारे समाज के ऊपर लगा माफिया का लोगो हट रहा है. और आज का युवा गुर्जर शिक्षा का महत्व समझ रहा है.
गुर्जर अब mainstream मे आ रहा है - नाज़ुक क्षण हैं - इसलिए मेरे 20% भटके हुए भाइयों please किसी तरह के भड़काऊ प्रवचन न दें.
आपको honour की चिंता है ना तो ये भी जान लें कि गुर्जर समाज का honour हत्या करने से नहीं बढेगा बल्कि शिक्षा और सेवा से बढेगा.

Honour Killing.
What happened in village Wazirpur, Delhi and such similar cases in Haryana, U.P. & other parts of country..?? One Gurjar girl along with her husband and her friend (also gurjar) were murdered by girl's real brother & his friends, just because this girl married outside gurjar community. This triple murder involves three friends(all gurjars), two of them killing their real sisters.
I invite all of you to share your views on this topic.
Personally, I condemn this animal instinct. I am against killings. Be it honour killing..!! We have no right to kill anybody. If we do not approve our children marrying out side our community, Is murder only alternative? Are we human? Intercast marriage may be wrong for so many of us but Is it a sin to which murder is the only punishment? Who gave us the authority to decide someone else's fate? To take someone else's life? To destroy atleast two families?
Today, I was shocked to see in orkut, a member had posted the snaps of these three murderers and below the photo this member has commented," I am proud of these guys."
I think these three guys who did such a cheap & mean act of murdering their sisters and brother-in-law, have done this only to come in light,"गुंडागर्दी मे नाम करने के लिये" and not as honour killing.
How can a person who murders his real sister has an honour? If your son or brother marries a girl outside your cast, it is o.k. You forget this after a couple of months & accept the bride ('coz your son or brother will feed you) Why is it that all the honours are associated with girls relatives/brothers only?
There are so many questions. Please share your views here.

Gurjar - Gujjar Matrimony
Hi!
I am here again after a long gap. Was quite busy with routine office work. I was also busy sending this blog address to all my friends, my gurjar groups and directly to group members on orkut, face book etc.
My blog is new. Still more than 300 visitors have already visited this blog. But the number of actual contributors is very low. Anyway!!
I am not sure how it will sound!! I think I am doing a fine job by placing Matrimony here among all of you educated guys.
This matrimony is for a Delhi based girl. She lost both of her parents at a younger age. She has been educated and brought up by her maternal uncle (mama) under rich family values.
The girl is 24 yrs. old. Is highly intelligent, not only in general awareness & education but also in day to day activities. She has completed her BSc. Biology Honors. Presently she is doing M.B.A. She has a good command over English language. She is also teaching in a reputed institute in South Delhi.
Her basic details are:
HEIGHT: 5ft.6in.
D.O.B.: 16 Feb. 1986
EDUCATION: BSc. Biology Honors. Delhi University
Gotra's to save: Tanwar & Baisoya
She is the only sister to her two younger brothers.
Girls family's requirement is (1) An educated boy with a decent job - govt. or pvt. (2) Boy's height should be atleast 5'8 (3) And a family who is not interested in dowry, who believe in education and sanskars.

Root cause of all the evils in our community.
Yesterday a friend of mine had a visit to my office. During our long discussion on almost every topic concerning our community, we finally agreed that the root cause of all evils in our community is illiteracy.
As it is said in Hindi "सभी बीमारियों कि जड़ कब्ज़ है", so is that" Illiteracy is the mother of all evils in society"
I have the hounor of attending a number of Gurjar meetings. The concluding lines everywhere remain almost same" हमें गुर्जर समाज से सभी कुरीतियों को जड़ से ख़त्म करना है!! And the meeting is adjourned. I could never understand nor did anybody discuss the ways to eradicate these evils. My purpose to start this blog is actually to discuss & implement too. I know alone I can do nothing, even 2, 4, 10 of us also can not make much difference but 20, 50 & 100's of us can make a big difference. A positive difference!!

Gujjar As I Am
नमस्ते
आज अक्षय त्रित्या के इस पवित्र पावन दिन मे इस ब्लॉग की शुरुआत कर रहा हूँ. यह सब मेने पहले कभी सोचा नहीं था बस अभी दो दिन पहले एक विचार आया - फिर क्या था? एक शुभ शुरुआत की देर थी. और अक्षय त्रित्या से शुभ भला क्या होता? अक्षय का मतलब ही है जो मिटाया न जा सके. कहा जाता है कि इस दिन किये गए हमारे सभी शुभ और अशुभ कर्म कभी मिटते नहीं हैं.
हाँ इस ब्लॉग का क्या नाम होना चाहिए था यह थोडा मुश्किल काम था. थोड़ी हाँ और ना के बाद मैने यही ठीक समझा कि नाम भी बिल्कुल सिम्पल सा होना चाहिए जैसा कि मै खुद हूँ.
सच में मै खुद को सिम्पल ही मानता हूँ. ऐसे कम ही लोगों से मै मिला हूँ जिन्हें मै सही मायने में सिम्पल सोबर मानता हूँ. एक जिक्र मै करना चाहूँगा - भाई सुभाष नागर का. आप जितने पढ़े लिखे हैं उतने ही नम्र हैं, जितने आप महान हैं उतने ही सिम्पल भी हैं. खैर इनके बारे में फिर किसी दिन जरूर लिखूंगा - आज मेरा दिन है.
मैने इस ब्लॉग का नाम "जैसा मै हूँ" इसलिए रखा क्योंकि मै उन विचारों को बोल, लिख या शेयर नहीं कर सकता जिनसे मै सहमत ना होऊं और जो ओरिजिनली मेरे नहीं हैं. लेकिन वीर गुर्जर बिरादरी जो कि खुद एक मिसाल है, इसके बारे में आप सभी के बहुमूल्य विचार और जानकारियों का इस ब्लॉग में हमेशा स्वागत है और रहेगा. हमारे आपस में जुड़ने से ही हमारा समाज जुड़ेगा.
आज मै इस ब्लॉग को हमारी वीर गुर्जर बिरादरी को समर्पित करता हूँ.
मै खुशकिस्मत हूँ और मुझे इस बात पर गर्व है कि मेरा जन्म एक गुर्जर परिवार में हुआ. मै अपने माता पिता का शुक्रगुजार हूँ, धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि उन्होंने मुझे शिक्षा और संस्कार दिए. मै कोशिश करूँगा कि अगली पीढी तक यह शिक्षा और संस्कार ले जा सकूँ. इस शिक्षा के सूत्रधार असलियत में मेरे दादा स्व. चौ. हुकुम सिंह बोसट्टा हैं जिन्होंने अपने सभी बच्चों को अच्छी तालीम दी. मेरे पिता स्व. डाक्टर पी.एस.वर्मा ने भारत सरकार की ३२ साल प्रथम श्रेंणी राजपत्रित अधिकारी रह कर सेवा की.
इसी परम्परा को मेरे बड़े भाई श्री राजकुमार बोसट्टा ने आगे बढ़ाया. अपनी स्नातक शिक्षा पूरी करने के बाद भाई साहब ने सेन्ट्रल पुलिस ओर्ग्नेजेष्ण की परीक्षा पास की और २४ साल की उम्र में आपने भी प्रथम श्रेंणी राजपत्रित अधिकारी बनने का गोरव प्राप्त किया.
लेकिन मै इस परम्परा को आगे नहीं बढ़ा सका. मुझे सच में अफ़सोस होता है की मै अपने माता पिता की उम्मीदों पर खरा नहीं उतर सका. शायद यही मेरी किस्मत थी और मै किस्मत में भी यकीन करता हूँ!!
आज अक्षय त्रित्या के इस पवित्र पावन दिन मे इस ब्लॉग की शुरुआत कर रहा हूँ. यह सब मेने पहले कभी सोचा नहीं था बस अभी दो दिन पहले एक विचार आया - फिर क्या था? एक शुभ शुरुआत की देर थी. और अक्षय त्रित्या से शुभ भला क्या होता? अक्षय का मतलब ही है जो मिटाया न जा सके. कहा जाता है कि इस दिन किये गए हमारे सभी शुभ और अशुभ कर्म कभी मिटते नहीं हैं.
हाँ इस ब्लॉग का क्या नाम होना चाहिए था यह थोडा मुश्किल काम था. थोड़ी हाँ और ना के बाद मैने यही ठीक समझा कि नाम भी बिल्कुल सिम्पल सा होना चाहिए जैसा कि मै खुद हूँ.
सच में मै खुद को सिम्पल ही मानता हूँ. ऐसे कम ही लोगों से मै मिला हूँ जिन्हें मै सही मायने में सिम्पल सोबर मानता हूँ. एक जिक्र मै करना चाहूँगा - भाई सुभाष नागर का. आप जितने पढ़े लिखे हैं उतने ही नम्र हैं, जितने आप महान हैं उतने ही सिम्पल भी हैं. खैर इनके बारे में फिर किसी दिन जरूर लिखूंगा - आज मेरा दिन है.
मैने इस ब्लॉग का नाम "जैसा मै हूँ" इसलिए रखा क्योंकि मै उन विचारों को बोल, लिख या शेयर नहीं कर सकता जिनसे मै सहमत ना होऊं और जो ओरिजिनली मेरे नहीं हैं. लेकिन वीर गुर्जर बिरादरी जो कि खुद एक मिसाल है, इसके बारे में आप सभी के बहुमूल्य विचार और जानकारियों का इस ब्लॉग में हमेशा स्वागत है और रहेगा. हमारे आपस में जुड़ने से ही हमारा समाज जुड़ेगा.
आज मै इस ब्लॉग को हमारी वीर गुर्जर बिरादरी को समर्पित करता हूँ.
मै खुशकिस्मत हूँ और मुझे इस बात पर गर्व है कि मेरा जन्म एक गुर्जर परिवार में हुआ. मै अपने माता पिता का शुक्रगुजार हूँ, धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि उन्होंने मुझे शिक्षा और संस्कार दिए. मै कोशिश करूँगा कि अगली पीढी तक यह शिक्षा और संस्कार ले जा सकूँ. इस शिक्षा के सूत्रधार असलियत में मेरे दादा स्व. चौ. हुकुम सिंह बोसट्टा हैं जिन्होंने अपने सभी बच्चों को अच्छी तालीम दी. मेरे पिता स्व. डाक्टर पी.एस.वर्मा ने भारत सरकार की ३२ साल प्रथम श्रेंणी राजपत्रित अधिकारी रह कर सेवा की.

Gurjar As I Am
Hi!
Today, on this auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, I'm starting my blog. Akshaya means that can not be destroyed! It is believed that whatever good or bad karmas we do on this day remain forever. So we should always try to do good karmas not only on this day but always. And try to avoid any bad karma or thought.
It was actually not pre planned. It took only a couple of days for this idea to come & the rest was just the implementation. Oh yes, in between came the little struggle to choose the name.
After a few yes's & no's I finally agreed to myself to keep it as simple as I'm.
Yes, I'm simple & I believe in simplicity. I have met a very few really simple people. A person I'm highly impressed with is a Gurjar - Mr. Subhash Naagar. I will definitely write on him later. Today is my day!!
I've titled my blog" As I Am " because I just can't speake, write or share the thoughts which are not originally mine & to which I don't agree. But, views and informations on Veer Gurjars are always welcome & will always be appreciated. When we join together our community will automatically join. Though it may take some time, ultimately we'll unite one day. And that's for sure!!
Today I dedicate this blog to each & every Gurjar in this world.

I'm fortunate and I feel proud & honoured to be born in a Gurjar family. I thank my parents for providing me education & sanskaars, which I'll try to carry forward to my next generation. I will also share it with my Gurjar Samaj.
My actual thanks goes to my grand father Late Ch. Hukum Singh Bosatta who educated all his children. My father Late Dr. P.S.Verma served the Indian Govt. for 32 years as Class 1 Gazetted Officer
My elder brother Mr. Raj Kumar Basatta followed this tradition. After his graduation my big brother apllied, passed out & joined Central Police Organization ( C.P.O. ) At a very young age of 24 years, he was also a proud Class 1 Gazetted Officer.
In this regard of following our tradition, I feel sorry for not coming to the expectations of my family. Although it was my all time dream to serve the Indian Army, eventually I could not.
Anyway, I believe in destiny too!!
